Shipping policy

-Orders are processed and shipped out in 2-7 business days, but in some cases may be sooner. High volume preorders do not fall within this shipping window and will have a specific ship date that will be communicated on the website/social media accounts.

-All orders will be shipped via Couriers. Shipping Rates are determined by package weight, size, and Courier's rates.

- Please ensure your address is correct in the address line. I am not responsible for packages getting lost due to the wrong address being given to me. 

- I am not responsible for lost packages. Once I give the package to the couriers, it is their responsibility to get it to you. Please file a claim with the courier prior to emailing me about your order. 

- I am not responsible for damaged products due to shipping. I package orders with care to ensure no breakage. If a product is damaged, contact my email chianova.co@gmail.com with a photo and the order number, and I will determine if I will replace the product.
